Abstract

The herbariμm materials belonging to Pogostemon wattii C.B. Clarke and Eurysolen gracilis Prain at E, K & CAL were examined. It has been found that a large nμmber of specimens of E. gracilis are incorrectly identified as P. wattii. The present paper highlights the problems of identification and indicates the key characters which can be employed for correct identification.
